 JOB SUMMARY (BRIEF): Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the customer service team so that the organizationís sales force is effectively supported and all sales order transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of the contact center. Ensure volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Develop and implement customer service indicators in order to assure excellence in customer service. Oversee the most complex, large or difficult sales orders, and key account relationships to maintain positive customer relations. Lead, evaluate, and develop customer service staff so that activities are completed accurately and on time. Administers employee performance evaluation activities.

















PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Typically requires 5 to 7 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years in management
